In the seated position place your feet on the rubber platform and grasp the handle. While holding the handle, press backward in exercise position with your knees slightly bent and your torso in an upright posture. Pull the handle back towards your waistline in a slow controlled manner to a comfortable contracted position. Reach forward in a controlled manner to the desired pre-stretch position in preparation for the next repetition.
