Place your lower legs behind the roller pad. Keep the back of your knees at the seats end. To initiate motion extend your lower legs and return slowly.

Leg Curl
Place your lower legs on top of the roller pad. Keep the back of your knees at the seats end. To initiate motion adjust the pad down on your upper thigh, curl legs inward, and return slowly.
