DUMBBELLS/ FREE WEIGHTS- Dumbbells and plates in the latest technology, with urethane coated finishes (for minimizing noise and damage). Plates with handgrips in the sides for ease of use and basic cost effective plates and dumbbells. We have benches, racks, and Smith machines in heavy-duty, light commercial, single and multi-purpose formats.

PLATE-LOADED EQUIPMENT- Resistance is the weight plate that the user slips on the machine instead of weight stacks with pin selectors. These machines are generally more cost effective, however they do take up more space and are a greater liability to the facility verses their weight stack counterparts. We offer everything from multi-function to specific function single exercises in the plate-loaded format.
